Cascadia Pay is a division of DM Contact Management Ltd., a Victoria, British Columbia, Canada company that has been serving internet marketing clients since 2002. DM Contact Management provides a complete suite of services to online merchants, including email management, affiliate programs/support, customer support, call center, website hosting/design/maintenance, systems, and marketing services. This means that Cascadia Pay has a much broader perspective than other payment services providers – we are a company that understands the full and complete merchant experience.

Why Cascadia Pay?

After years of witnessing our clients, particularly the so-called "high risk" clients, being disrespected, taken advantage of, and in some cases actually having their money stolen, we decided to form our own payment processing division. We got tired of cleaning up the damage after our clients made unwise decisions for their processing, so we decided to get involved ourselves on the front end of things. We have secured key partnerships globally so that we can deliver the best available options to all merchant types and categories.

Unlike competitors, we do not derive all of our revenue strictly from payment processing, so we can afford to be direct and honest with clients regarding payment processing options and services.
